I generated a thirty-second animation for
a video display in the hallway of the Whitney Lab, a marine bioscience lab on the coast
of Florida. The goal was to communicate the meaning of the marine bioscience terms: Deep Sea Coral Mounds and Anthozoa, using visuals to engage visitors and educate them about the research being conducted. The visual representations of the organisms are shown through fluid movements to convey the sense of being underwater. I utilized
bright colors to engage the viewers and bubbles to further emphasize the location
of the organisms.
